About the Evok Cake display fridge
The interlevin Italia Evok cake display fridge is a retro cube tower design that displays your cakes and bakery items to the max. Sliding rear doors allow for easy access and the fan assisted cooling system keeps the whole cabinet evenly cooled. With its 4 tiers this cake display fridge is ideal for Cafe's, bakeries, canteens and restaurants. The Evok has 3 shelves plus the base, which is one more than most other cake fridges. It flat top also doubles as a serving area and the shelves are individually iluminated. Many of our customers serve both cakes and ice creams, they often build facades in front of the units to provide a consistant look and branding.
