Description
The new Millennium Pastry from ISA is the Rolls Royce of cake fridges. The build quality is superb and is available in a variety of colours (special order).
The glass is heated and keeps your display in all kinds of weather by preventing the build up of condensation. The lighting used are high powered soft LED lights which diffuse across your products and make for a stunning display. Additionally each shelf is idividually illuminated. The glass is also doubled glazed which keeps cake at temp whilst reducing energy costs. The serving deck is stainless steel and very easy to clean. The temp display is on the back of the unit and is fully digital and very easy to control. The Fridge is also fully automatic. Fan assisted cooling keeps the cabinet cool even on the warmest of days and the counter is on castors which allows for easy placement and cleaning.
